This time we talk about invest new project. It is a trend developer engages sales agent rather than employ own sale person to promote their product, from the nature of sales agent only get their return upon successfully closed a deal, so, the sales agent must try their best afford to attract more crowd coming to them before they have chance to close a deal. As such, magnifying the benefits might be the ultimate sales pitch under this situation. However, the truth information by the sales person may not as truth as buyer expected.

1. Selling price. This usually very attractive, however, this price usually comes with terms & condition. Some conditions apply to everyone, some could be only certain criteria can be benefited. Many cases you will experience spend 5~10% more than the price advertised at the end.

2 Usually give some picture with nice interior designed. At the same time, there could be a few words "ARTIST impression ....."

3 Always emphasis how convenience and how easy assess. Go to the actual site during 7am, 8am, 530pm, 630pm, 730pm and experience traffic condition yourself.


If your budget is only 400k+- especially for own stay, there are really few projects selling below 400k, you should  always grab yours as early as possible.
