Solaris Dutamas Part 5 - Management quality

While i still trying to figure out where did i leave my diary, my phone rang. A very polite lady telling me their security found my diary somewhere in the office premises. Personally, i must say thank you to their help. This also reflects that the team is responsible and discipline.

First of all, what make the guard must tell management office he found something? He can just throw it into rubbish bin and save his time. Second, he cant even hear i said thank you to him. Keep the story short here, I appreciate they have done something extra.
