Another round of unacceptable price

It was July-August 2010 when i started working at Solaris Dutamas, office unit price has gone up from 500psf to 530psf to 600psf nowadays. Those followers who came that time, 9 out of 10 said 530psf was expensive, jealously said first hand buyer earn more than 100psf and not willing to go in.

6 months after, the price has pushed to 550psf and yet many people claim not worth. Today, people willing to offer 600psf or more, but those who have kept since day 1 till now, already change mind of asking 650psf.

To those who ignored my hard selling, you already miss conservatively 60psf profit by coming up 53psf upfront cash. Sighs.... 100% profit margin in around 8months time.

Of course this is not a perfect project, there are a group of people may need to hold the property longer. Those apartment owners may probably need to wait slightly longer period before they can find tenant easier.
