Is it good time to buy Solaris Dutamas now? First of all, you need to know why people come here. Is this a potential place?




I let photos answer some of your doubts. I captured photos below 4 months ago 10am in the morning. Let me introduce the carpark area first, B6 and B7 are public parking. There are 3 colours zone each level, orange, blue and green respectively.

My observation:
Orange colour: 90% occupied
Blue colour: 80% occupied
Green colour: 50% occupied


Most important, as an investor, this is your homework to check up occupancy yourself today

  1. Photo above was taken August / September last year. There were plenty of self acting expert saying this is a failure project, even till January this year, there were people said price was expensive. Today, you may try to find an unit 1room apartment and see? Or you can ask 3room apartment and see.

    There still plenty people say today is empty, why not try to find an office space 2000sf and see? Or try to find something 4000sf and see?

    Year 1970, people missed Sungai wang, 2000, people missed Mid Valley, if you want to come here today, it seems you missed the best time again.

    Who give comment to a property usually? Those got no money invest always. People deserve failure because they trust those info speculate in internet.
