How to invest property in Kuala Lumpur - Part 10


Latest list of problematic housing developers. But not too early happy, it is not that easy can avoid problematic developer, this list can only use as ref unless you can trace actual people behind the company and other companies they own. Company directors can easily open several different name company or join venture with any people in future, my advice is, buy from really reputable developers although they may cost you slightly higher.
 
 
How to know a developer can deliver?
1 Go to their website and see project they have done. You may surprise plenty developers got no track record apart from keep promote the project they want to sell to you
 
2 Do some searching online for each of their project, see any forum discuss about them. No doubt there could be people say bad, but there are people say good always, a responsible developer will not hesitate to tell you their track record and hide from criticize.
 
3 If they have done any commercial project like shop, go to site and see whether lot of retailer or restaurant, ask about the operator business. Developer usually tell how good how good of their project when they want to sell, the operator business will tell the truth.
