Word of mouth promotion

It is very common owners will engage few agents to work on their property, and some owners even trying to engage everyone involve in the industry to promote their property as they believe this could speed up their transaction. This is especially truth when come into rental and owner needs the cash flow urgently. As a result, advertisement floods on internet, newspapers and other media. The property becomes another common, commercial product that losses all its exclusive value even though thery situate in a very luxory project.

There are situation at one end owner needs to work with several agents to create awareness and the other end especially owner is willing to work on more flexible price or special condition to ease selling, a hidden protocol of promoting through word of mouth becomes a must. Owner needs to know how to identify a trust worthy agent that having right skill and resources at the same time to do this task.

Why this world must be so complicated?
- Because the property is so unique
- Because the property is so special and exclusive
- Because property is so privacy
- Because price is so sensitive, once a lower price being advertise gradually whether tradition or online media, the property will grade differently by the consumer.
- Because owner wants to segment the right people to attend
- Because....

Personally i think the right agent qualify in offering word of mouth service
- His phonebook must have several thousand of investor contacts
- He should have several thousands of investor emails
- He should have proper segment his investors prefer location
- He should know his regular investors' habbit and investment pattern
