How fast a good price can sell?

There is a verve suite transacted less than 530psf today. This unit only promotes for a week and sold. I remember there were also something similar in Kiaramas Sutera and marc residence, sold within a week+-. I dont know how fast the deal agrees in Sutera, but Verve prospect come the day, agree on the same day and cheque is ready on the next day. Marc residence even faster, come the day, cheque ready on the same day.

There are really many people either said miss the deal or no people telling them a good deal, however, i think the main question is not whether you miss a deal, it would be do you really know how to identify that is a good deal. Agent carries a con man nick name always, it is so tough to convince people that is a good deal.

Global wealth controlled by a minority people, but majority people dont walk away with losses, they just walk further to be one of the minority.

PS2: Investment not only how well you know the deal, or how good you calculate ROI, you must have gutt to put the $ down at the right time. At least i m not, i m yet to put my $ down when KLSE down sharpenly since subprime.
