Solaris Dutamas property investment series ~ information
All together, there are four block of properties. Block A, Block B, Block C & Block D. Each block segments into 4 portion at the same time, and thus, you will see address such as A1~4, B1~4, C1~4, D1~4 respectively.
Till date, construction work is on going and likely will complete by May 2011. In general, Block A is shoplot and office. Block B & C are combination of offices and service apartments. Block D is shoplots + offices.
Its 800 designer suites or serviced apartments units are all allocated in the three tower blocks, namely Park Tower, Boulevard Tower and Urbane Tower.
There are 2 level service apartment parkings and 2 level parkings open for public and commercial unit tenants.
The built up are come from my personal experience and sizes i summarized from owners i met, it may not reflect the truth entirely.

Take note on this 1145sf. According to some owners, 1145sf at Park tower is 1 unit 2 rooms, whereas at Boulevard Tower and Urbane Tower are 1 strata title split into 1 studio + 1room units. They call it separate entrance. Originally it comes with 1 carpark, and some owners may buy additional carpark. I will elaborate investment strategies more for this type in soon future.
Office unit size:
5xx sf ~ 23xxsf (some sources claim there are 12000sf units), standard sizes available are in between 700~800sf and you can find it at block B~D commonly.
Shoplots size:
Due to i was not participated early in this project, i come across sizes from 12xx ~ 2xxx sf.
