I m going to share with you all 1 day 1 tip (if possible) to be a lousy investor.

Over estimate your understanding to investment. Lets look at the conversation and see if you could master it. Lets be a lousy fellow:

Agent: Mr customer, what makes you want to buy this property?

Customer: For investment.

Agent: Who you target to bring you return?

Customer: So many agents out there, they will do this for me. You are agent also.

Be a professional league player until you meet them, learn from them, practice it, master it, make it be part of your life. When time is good, everyone is good investor.
